Full spectrum doula
As a full spectrum doula, I am trained and certified to provide support from contraception to postpartum care. I’ll provide not only emotional support but physical support as well. Giving you encouraging words and words of affirmation when things get a little tough. If you need help putting a crib together or if you just need to talk through your emotions. If your partner or family need encouragement or even a break, I will be there. I’ll help with pain management techniques as well as massage and other physical comfort techniques. Although I do not provide medical care and I do not deliver babies, I will be there to help ease the anxiety you may face during your pregnancy.
What I Offer
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. I offer emotional I support as well as physical support such as massage and changing positions during labor. I am also there to provide emotional support for the families. I am here to ensure you get the best information and care possible. I will provide education for any one type of birth. Physiological, medicated, vaginal, and cesarean birth are all included. Provide evidence based information for your pregnancy. Laboring positions to help easy back pain. what to expect in labor, stages of labor, and how to cope. All in all, you are in control. Discover what it is that you desire for your pregnancy and delivery. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
Family Planning 2 hrs $200
Whether from preventing pregnancy to preparing for pregnancy, I want to provide evidence based to help you make the best informed decision for your self. I will support you through the whole process and beyond. I can even go with you to your Drs appointment for support.
Full Doula Services starting $1,200
I provide 2, 1 hour prenatal visits at your home or at a public place of your choice. 24 hour on call at your 35 weeks until you deliver. I’ll stay 1 hour after delivery to provide breast/chest feeding as well. 2, 1 hour postpartum visits, 1 week after delivery and 4 weeks after. * This package can be tailored to fit your needs. Requires $500 non-refundable hold that will go towards the rest of the charges.
Labor and Delivery only $600
On call support at 35 weeks until delivery and up to 2 hours post delivery.
PAILS Advocate (Prenatal And Infant Loss) $375
I provided physical and emotional support to not only you but also your family as well. Losing a baby is hard on anyone. I will be with you along the journey. I will provide you with the utmost support and respect you deserve. I’ll also provide resources for you if you want to have a ceremony, keepsake items, and so much more. You don’t have to go through this a lone.
NeighborHood Doula Advocate
Now accepting NDA credits! If you are black/African American and low income please go to https://ksbirthjusticesociety.org/ and taking their workshops. You’ll obtain valuable information from breastfeeding tips, having a better labor partner, postpartum care, and even baby 101. Whether you have previous pregnancies or this is your first one, these workshops help educate you and prepare you to have rewarding pregnancy.
